Terms & Conditions   


When your reservation is confirmed, you are obligated to follow the terms according to below.

A reservation with 5 or more rooms is considered a group reservation, and special terms are added. 


Cancel / Change your reservation


You can cancel free of charge until 18:00 the day before your arrival.

If you cancel later, you will be charged for the first night of the reservation.


To change your reservation is subject to availability.

If you change date or room type, the rate will change to a price that is up to date at the time of the change. 


If your room is booked via a third party, you must cancel it via the company / agency the reservation ahs been made through. 

The reservation then follows the third patry´s cancellation terms.


Cancel / Change a group reservation


You can cancel the whole group up to 4 weeks before arrival.

If you cancel later, you will be charged half of the total amount for the reservation.


You can cancel separate rooms within the group up to 2 weeks before arrival.

If you cancel later, you will be charged for the first night that the room was reserved.


Arrival and departure


The hotel room is at your disposal at earliest 15:00 on the day of arrival.

You are required to check-out from your room by latest 11:00 on the day of departure.


Late arrivals 


The room is held until 20:00 on the date of arrival.

If you intend to arrive later, you must inform the hotel in advance to not risk losing your room to another guest.


No show


If you fail to arrive, you will be charged for the first night of your reservation.

Observe if you fail to arrive without notifying the hotel, you might be responsible to pay any extra cost that has occurred.


Earlier departures


If you have made a reservation for a definite time period, but depart before the end of that period, you are required to pay the same amount as for a late cancellation. In addition to the price for the time you stayed at the hotel, you are required to pay for an additional night.

Does not apply to group reservations, when there are not many rooms left, or when the hotel does not have the possibility to rent the room to another guest.  




Payment is made at check in unless any other solution has been decided beforehand.

Other solutions may be pre-payment or invoice. This must be negotiated with the hotel at the time of booking.


The hotel has the right to request a booking fee or other advance payment in order for your reservation to be binding.

This sum is subtracted from the final bill. If you cancel the room and disregard the cancellation deadline, the hotel has the right to retain the booking fee/advance payment.




The hotel does not accept pets.

Pets in the room will be considered a violation and you will be charged according to violation rules.

Smoking is prohibited at the hotel.

Smoking is only allowed at a designated smoking area.

Smoking in the hotel room or other parts of the hotel is considered vandalism and will be charged according to violation rules.

Responsibilities in case of violation


If you smoke in your hotel room or any other areas in the hotel, you will be fined 4000: - SEK for every time it happens.

You also run the risk of being deported from the hotel immediately.


If you bring pets into your room, you will be fined 2500: - SEK and you run the risk of being deported from the hotel immediately.


In case of vandalism etc, you are fined according to the damages you have caused.

You run the risk of being deported from the hotel immediately. 


Forgotten items / theft


The hotel does not have any responsibility to send you your forgotten items.

According to law, the hotel has the right to, in the case of claims on a guest, retain accompanying baggage, and in certain cases, according to stipulated regulations, sell it.


The hotel has no responsibility for the property you store in your hotel room or in the safety box in the room.

If, however, it should be proven that the hotel or the hotel personnel have acted negligently or in any other way are responsible for property having been lost, the hotel is responsible for the missing/stolen property.


Obligations of the hotel


If the hotel cannot offer you a room according to agreement, you have the right, at no additional cost, to a room of equal or better quality at the same hotel or at another hotel of equivalent quality.


Defect & compensation


If something would be defect in your room, you need to inform the reception at latest 1 hour after you received your room key.  

This is so the hotel can confirm that the defect has not occurred during your stay.  

If you do not inform the reception of any defects at latest 1 hour after you received you room key, you have approved the rooms condition, and the hotel has no obligation to change your room or provide compensation. 

OBS! Do not apply on bigger damages, for example water damage, construction defect or similar events. 


If you want compensation for your room, the hotel will judge the case and decide if you are eligible compensation or not.


Force majeure


Strike, lockout, pandemic, IT attack, fire, explosion, war or warlike conditions, substantial restrictions on supplies and other circumstances outside the hotel’s control entitles the hotel to cancel the reservation without any liability in damages.
